Tentang Perusahaan

Singkatnya, PT Dongsung Chemical Indonesia atau biasa disebut Dongsung IDS merupakan sebuah perusahaan asal korea selatan yang beroperasi di indonesia berpusat di daerah karawang pada kawasan KNIC (Kawasan Industri Artha Industrial Hill) berfokus pada industri bahan baku kimia, salah satunya PU (Poliuretan/Polyurethane) yang digunakan pada material di industri.

1. Operator Produksi

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
• Pengalaman sebagai Operator Produksi di perusahaan manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah.
• Pengalaman di industri kimia, polyurethane (PU), plastik, coating, adhesive, atau industri sejenis menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memahami dasar-dasar proses produksi dan pengoperasian mesin.
• Memahami prosedur keselamatan kerja dan penanganan bahan kimia menjadi nilai tambah.
• Mampu membaca dan mengikuti SOP, instruksi kerja, serta formula produksi.
• Mampu melakukan pencatatan data produksi dengan baik dan akurat.
• Mampu bekerja dengan target dan mengikuti sistem kerja shift.
• Memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan pabrik.

2. Warehouse Logistics Staff

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, issuing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/WMS is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and well-organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

3. General Affair Staff

Kualifikasi:

• S1 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field (minimum).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or a related field (manufacturing company experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in Korean companies or multinational companies is an advantage.
• Good understanding of general affairs and administrative functions.
• Experience in facilities and asset management.
• Experience in vendor and service provider management.

4. Technical Sales

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Chemistry or a related field, such as Pure Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates to 3 years of experience in chemical research and polymer science.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills.

5. Technical Development
